What it does
CSV or Excel, no Sheets
Save your list as .csv or .xlsx from Excel, Numbers, a CRM or Google Sheets, and upload the file. Nothing has to live in Google Sheets.
Match columns once
Tell Fusomail which column holds the email address and the name. Every other column is kept as a field.
Addresses checked
Addresses that cannot work, such as ones without an @ or with spaces in them, are flagged before they waste a send.
No duplicates
The same address twice in a workspace is merged into one contact, so nobody gets your email twice.
Lists and opt-outs
Keep contacts in lists, such as “Agencies in Pune” or “Event 2026”. Contacts who unsubscribed earlier stay unsubscribed, even if they appear in a new file.
Export and delete
Download your contacts whenever you like, and delete any contact or list for good.

Questions about CSV and Excel import
Do I need Google Sheets?
No. Upload a .csv or .xlsx file from your computer. If your list is in Google Sheets, download it as CSV or Excel first. Older .xls files need saving as .xlsx or CSV.
Do you sell or share my contacts?
No. Your contacts are used only to send your own campaigns. We never sell them, share them, or email them ourselves.
Can I import a list I bought?
No. Our terms forbid bought, rented or scraped lists. You need a lawful reason to email each person on your list.
