Questions about pricing
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card. It sends real campaigns from your Gmail, with a smaller monthly allowance. Its emails end with a small “Sent with Fusomail” line, and scheduled campaigns start on Starter.
What is the “Sent with Fusomail” line?
One short line of small text at the end of each email sent on the Free plan, just above the unsubscribe link, linking to this website. Starter and every plan above it leave it out, so your emails end with your own words.
What counts as an email?
Each email sent to one person counts once. A campaign to 300 people uses 300 of your month’s emails. Test emails to yourself do not count.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Campaigns pause until the next month, or until you move up a plan. Nothing is lost: they pick up where they stopped.
Is the monthly limit the same as Gmail’s daily limit?
No. Your plan sets how many emails Fusomail sends for you in a month. Google separately limits how many emails your Gmail account may send in a day; Fusomail stays within that too, spreading a campaign over several days when needed.
Why is the price different in my currency?
Prices are set for each currency, so they suit where you live, rather than converted at today’s exchange rate.
How do I pay?
Paying by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, with a GST invoice, is still being switched on. Until then, write to hello@fusomail.com to start a paid plan, from India or abroad. The Free plan needs no payment at all.
Is GST included?
Rupee prices are plus 18% GST, shown at checkout. Prices in other currencies do not include any local sales tax that may apply.
What does yearly cost?
A year costs the price of 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed; then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Read the cancellation and refund policy for the details.
When do Premium and Pro open?
Once the features they add are ready: for Premium, inbox rotation is ready, custom tracking domain is being built; for Pro, team analytics and API and webhooks are being built. Features marked “Soon” are being built one by one. Starter is available now.
