Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Fusomail, a product of Ashutosh Dubey, proprietor of AD Enterprises, Plot No. G 282, Madhav Greens, Satrikh Road, Khasra No. 184, Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226028, India (“Fusomail”, “we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using Fusomail, you agree to them. If you use Fusomail for a company or organisation, you confirm you may agree on its behalf, and “you” means that organisation too.

1. The service

Fusomail lets you import contacts, write email templates with merge fields, and send personalised email campaigns from email accounts you connect, such as Gmail and Google Workspace. Features marked “Coming soon” or “Planned” on our website are not yet available and may change before they are.

2. Your account

  • Give correct details when you sign up, and keep them up to date. You must be at least 18.
  • Each person uses their own login. You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace, and for what is done with their logins and connected email accounts.
  • Keep passwords secret, and tell us at once if you think a login has been misused.

3. Sending responsibly

You are the sender of every email you send with Fusomail. You are responsible for its content, for having a lawful basis to email each person on your lists, and for following the laws that apply to you and to the people you email — for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules in Europe, PECR and the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, CASL in Canada, and India’s Information Technology Act and Digital Personal Data Protection Act. You must also follow the policies of your email provider, including Google’s Gmail Program Policies and sending limits.

You must not use Fusomail to send, or try to send:

  • spam: unsolicited bulk email to people who have no reason to expect it from you;
  • email to lists you bought, rented, borrowed or scraped, or to addresses gathered without the person’s knowledge;
  • phishing, malware, or messages that pretend to come from someone else or hide who you are;
  • misleading subject lines, false claims, or content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
  • email to anyone who has unsubscribed or asked you to stop — Fusomail’s unsubscribe link and suppression list must stay in place in campaign emails;
  • content that infringes someone else’s rights, such as copyright or privacy.

You must not try to get round sending limits, use several accounts to avoid them, test our security without our written permission, reach another customer’s data, or disrupt the service.

We may look into reports of misuse and, to protect recipients, our service and your email account’s standing, pause a campaign or a workspace that we reasonably believe breaks this section. We will tell you why.

4. Connected email accounts

When you connect an email account, you allow Fusomail to send email from it on your instructions. Your email provider may limit, delay or block sending, or suspend your account, under its own rules; that is between you and the provider, and we cannot guarantee that any email is delivered or reaches an inbox. You can disconnect an account at any time. How we handle Google user data is described in the privacy policy.

5. Plans and payment

  • The Free plan has no time limit and is free, within its limits. Paid plans are priced monthly or yearly, as shown on the pricing page.
  • Plans bought in Indian rupees are charged plus 18% GST, and you get our GST invoice for every payment. Payments are taken through our payment partner, Razorpay; your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay directly, and we never see or store them.
  • Plans are paid in advance for the period chosen. If you choose automatic renewal, the same amount is charged at the start of each period until you stop it; we tell you before each charge.
  • Each plan has limits, such as emails a month, connected senders and team members. When a limit is reached, sending pauses until the next month or until you move up a plan.
  • If you stop paying, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and then your workspace moves to the Free plan. The unused part of a period is not refunded; a payment made in error is. See the cancellation and refund policy.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; a change applies from your next period.

6. Your data

Your contacts, templates and campaigns belong to you. We use them only to provide Fusomail, as described in the privacy policy, and we act on your instructions when we process your contacts’ personal data. You can export your contacts at any time, and delete your data by closing your workspace.

7. Our software

Fusomail, its design and its software belong to us. You may use it for your own work while your account is open. Do not copy, resell or take apart the software, or share logins outside your workspace. Fusomail™ is a name we use for our product; these terms give you no right to use it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Fusomail available and your data safe, with nightly encrypted backups. We cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems outside our control, such as an email provider’s outage. We may improve and change features over time, and will tell you in advance about changes that take away something you rely on.

9. Suspension and closing

You can stop using Fusomail and close your workspace at any time. We may pause or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is not paid. Unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it and to export your data.

10. Responsibility

Fusomail is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost business or emails not delivered, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Fusomail in the 12 months before the claim. You will cover our reasonable costs from claims by others caused by the emails you send or by your breach of section 3. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Please write to us first — most problems can be solved by talking.

12. Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the terms change, and tell you by email about important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Fusomail after that means you accept the new terms.
