Upload a CSV or Excel file from your spreadsheet, CRM or Google Sheets. Match the email and name columns; every other column is kept for personalising. Then verify the addresses, so fewer emails bounce.

Write the subject and body as you would to one person, and put fields such as {{first_name}} or {{company}} where the details change. Preview any contact to read exactly what they will get.

Questions about getting started
How long does it take to set up?
Most people send their first test within a few minutes: connect Gmail, upload a file, write the email.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fusomail runs in your web browser. There is no browser extension and nothing to install.
Can people tell the email was sent with a tool?
The email comes from your own address and reads as you wrote it. Campaign emails carry a short unsubscribe line at the end, as the law and Google expect for bulk email.
What if my list is longer than Gmail’s daily limit?
Fusomail sends as many as your account may send today and continues tomorrow, so the whole list is covered without breaking the limit.
