Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers payments made to Ashutosh Dubey, proprietor of AD Enterprises (“Fusomail”, “we”) for Fusomail plans. It is part of our terms of service.

Try it before you pay

Every workspace starts on the Free plan, with no time limit and no card needed. You can connect Gmail, import contacts and send real campaigns within its monthly allowance before deciding to pay. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan and pay for it.

Ways to pay

  • Pay once for a month or a year. It does not renew by itself.
  • Automatic renewal, where available: you approve it once, and the same amount is charged at the start of each period until you stop it. You are told before each charge.

Cancelling a plan

  • You can stop automatic renewal at any time on the Subscription page in Fusomail, or by writing to hello@fusomail.com from your account’s email address. Nothing more is charged after that. You can also cancel the mandate in your UPI app or with your bank.
  • Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you have paid for. After that your workspace moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.
  • Your data stays yours. You can export your contacts at any time, before or after you cancel.

Refunds

Plans are paid in advance, and the Free plan lets you try Fusomail first. So once a paid month or year has started, we do not refund the unused part of it, including after you cancel.

Payments made in error

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged more than the price of your plan, we refund the extra amount in full:

  • Write to us within 30 days of the payment, with the date, the amount and the payment reference.
  • We check it and reply within 2 working days.
  • Once confirmed, the refund goes back to the same card, UPI ID or bank account the payment came from. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
  • For payments in rupees, the refund includes the GST charged on that amount, and we issue a GST credit note for it.

If we close your workspace

If we close a workspace for breaking our terms, for example for sending spam, the unused part of the period is not refunded. If we stop offering Fusomail altogether, we refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
