How you pay, and the GST invoice
Rupee plans are paid through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking, and every payment comes with a GST invoice. Online payment is still being switched on; until then, write to hello@fusomail.com to start a paid plan.
Your invoice comes from the registered business behind Fusomail in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. GST is 18%, split as CGST and SGST if your business is in Uttar Pradesh and charged as IGST anywhere else. Add your GSTIN and state in Plan & billing, and they are printed on the invoice. Whether you can claim the input credit depends on your own business, so ask your accountant.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. The cancellation and refund policy has the details.
What other tools cost in rupees
Two other tools show prices in rupees. These are their own first plans, read on 4 November 2026, next to Fusomail’s Starter:
| Tool and plan | A month | Fusomail Starter | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mailmeteor Starter | ₹540 | ₹449 | Fusomail costs ₹91 less |
| GMass Standard | ₹1,200 | ₹449 | Fusomail costs ₹751 less |
Price isn’t everything. Mailmeteor and GMass do things Fusomail doesn’t yet, such as reply detection, and GMass has no monthly email allowance. The comparisons say where each one is better: Fusomail vs Mailmeteor, Fusomail vs GMass and Fusomail vs YAMM, which bills in US dollars from India. If you already pay for an eligible Google Workspace plan, also read about Gmail’s own mail merge, which costs nothing extra.
What Gmail allows
Google sets the limits, wherever you are: about 500 emails a day on personal Gmail and 2,000 on Google Workspace, over a rolling 24 hours. Fusomail stays under them, at 400 and 1,500, so your everyday mail keeps working. A list of 5,000 takes 13 days on personal Gmail and 4 days on Workspace.
Try your own numbers in the Gmail sending limit calculator, or read the guide to Gmail sending limits.
Who uses a tool like this
It suits anyone who writes to a list of people they have a reason to contact, and wants each one to feel written to: a freelancer checking in with past clients, a recruiter writing to candidates, a small agency following up after an event, or a training institute writing to its students. You keep your list in Excel or a CSV file, write one email with fields such as {{first_name}} and {{city}}, and replies come straight to your own inbox.
It isn’t for buying a list and blasting it, and our terms forbid that. Email to people who don’t expect it gets reported as spam, and those reports fall on your own Gmail address.
The rules for Indian senders
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 covers how businesses use people’s personal data, and an email address is personal data. The government has notified the DPDP Rules, 2025, with an 18-month phased timeline for complying (press release read on 4 November 2026). Its principles start with consent and transparency, purpose limitation and data minimisation.
In practice, for email: know why you are writing to each person, say who you are, make it easy to stop hearing from you, and honour that everywhere. Fusomail adds a one-click unsubscribe link and a suppression list that every campaign checks. If you also write to people abroad, their rules apply as well: the US, the UK and the EU each have their own.
This is general information, not legal advice. For anything that matters, read the official text and ask a lawyer.
Questions from India
Do I get a GST invoice with a Fusomail plan?
Yes. Every rupee payment comes with a GST invoice from the business behind Fusomail, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Add your GSTIN and state in Plan & billing and they are printed on it.
How much is GST on a Fusomail plan?
18% on top of the price shown, split as CGST and SGST if your business is in Uttar Pradesh and as IGST elsewhere. Starter at ₹449 a month comes to ₹529.82 with GST.
Can I pay for Fusomail by UPI?
Paying by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay is being set up, and isn’t switched on yet. Until then, write to hello@fusomail.com to start a paid plan. The Free plan needs no payment at all.
Is there a free plan for Indian users?
Yes, the same as everywhere. It sends 200 emails a month from your own Gmail, with no time limit and no card.
Can I send bulk email from a personal Gmail account in India?
Yes, with Fusomail, up to its cap of 400 a day (Google’s own limit is 500). You still need a lawful reason to email each person. Gmail’s built-in mail merge isn’t an option on a personal account: Google lists only eligible Workspace plans.
Are scheduled campaigns in Indian time?
Yes. Scheduling (Starter and up) uses India time (IST) for now; choosing another time zone comes next.
