Send your mail merge from your own Gmail, with send-only access
Permission from Google
Send email on your behalf
Fusomail cannot read, search or delete your mail.
What it does
Your address, your replies
People see your name and your address. Their replies arrive in your Gmail inbox as usual.
Send-only access
Fusomail asks Google only for permission to send email as you (gmail.send). It cannot read, delete or change anything in your mailbox.
Under Gmail’s daily limit
Google lets a personal Gmail account send about 500 emails a day and a Google Workspace account 2,000. Fusomail stops each account at 400 and 1,500, spreads a campaign out, and carries on the next day when needed.
Never sent twice
If Google asks to slow down, or a send fails for a passing reason, Fusomail waits and tries again. Each person still gets one email.
Pause any time
Pause a campaign while it is going out, and resume or cancel it later.
Disconnect in one step
Remove Fusomail’s access in Fusomail or in your Google account settings. Sending stops at once.

Questions about sends from your Gmail
Does Fusomail read my emails?
No. Fusomail asks Google only for the “send email on your behalf” permission (gmail.send). It cannot read, search or delete anything in your mailbox.
Does it work with a personal Gmail account?
Yes. Fusomail works with personal @gmail.com accounts and with Google Workspace accounts on your own domain. A personal account has a lower daily limit, so a long list takes more days.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
No tool can promise that. Sending from your own address, to people who expect to hear from you, with an easy way to unsubscribe, gives you the best chance.
Can I use Outlook or another email provider?
Gmail and Google Workspace come first. Microsoft Outlook and other providers are planned.
See what each plan includes on the pricing page, or read every question.
