Shipping and delivery policy

Fusomail is software that you use online, at fusomail.com, in a web browser on a computer or a phone. It is sold by Ashutosh Dubey, proprietor of AD Enterprises (“Fusomail”, “we”).

Nothing is shipped

We do not sell or send any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no courier. Everything you buy from us is delivered to your Fusomail workspace, online.

When you get access

• Free plan: your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up.
• Paid plan: active on your workspace as soon as the payment goes through, usually within a few minutes. The confirmation and your invoice are sent to your account’s email address.
• If a paid plan does not show on your workspace within 24 hours, write to hello@fusomail.com and we will set it right.

Where we serve

Fusomail can be used from any country. Prices are shown in Indian rupees, US dollars, euros and pounds; plans can be bought in rupees today, and the other currencies are being added.
