Email deliverability check, before every campaign

Before a campaign goes out, Fusomail checks two things that decide where it lands: your sending domain’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and the email itself — spam-trigger words, links, images and merge fields. You get a score out of 100 and a plain fix for each problem.
Sample data

Deliverability

82/ 100

Looks good
  • The subject has a phrase spam filters dislike: “act now”.

Say plainly what the email is about.

  • 7 links in a short email.

Keep the one or two that matter most.

Add a TXT record at _dmarc.pixelnest.in. The Senders page shows the exact value to copy.

What it does

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC

For a Google Workspace address, Fusomail reads your domain’s DNS: SPF must include Google, Google’s DKIM key should be published, and DMARC should be set. Each one shows what is wrong and the exact record to add.

  • Personal Gmail handled

@gmail.com addresses are signed and checked by Google itself, so there is nothing to set up.

  • Spam-trigger words

A short list of about 65 phrases bulk and scam mail is full of, such as “act now” or “100% free”, in the subject and the body. A hit is worth a look, never a verdict.

  • Subject and links

Subjects that are empty, over 70 characters, in capitals or with a fake “Re:”; 6 or more links, URL shorteners, bare IP addresses, plain http and link text that shows another site.

  • Images and merge fields

Emails that are mostly images, fields some people have no value for, and fields no contact has (usually a typo).

  • Advice, never a block

The check never stops a launch. It shows a score from 0 to 100, problems first, and you decide what to fix.

How it works

  1. 1

Write the campaign, or a template, as usual.

  2. 2

Open the campaign’s review step, or press “Check deliverability” under a template’s preview.

  3. 3

Read the score and the findings, each with its fix.

  4. 4

If your domain needs a DNS record, copy it from the Senders page, add it at your domain provider and check again.

Questions about deliverability check

What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC do?

They let receiving servers confirm that an email really comes from your domain: SPF lists the servers allowed to send for it, DKIM signs each email, and DMARC says what to do with emails that fail. Gmail and Yahoo expect all three from bulk senders.

Why does DKIM say “not confirmed”?

Fusomail looks for Google’s key at google._domainkey on your domain. If DKIM was set up with another selector, the key can’t be seen from outside, so it is reported as not confirmed, never as broken.

Does a high score mean my emails reach the inbox?

No tool can promise that. The score covers what can be checked before sending; who is on your list, whether they expect your email and how they react matter too.

Which plans include the deliverability check?

Starter and up (Starter, Premium and Pro). On the Free plan the check shows as a note with a link to Plan & billing.

See what each plan includes on the pricing page, or read every question.
